The Cape Craft and Design Institute (CCDI) is a sector development agency dedicated to nurturing creative talent and building responsible, sustainable enterprises within the craft and design industry.

The key design strategy for the 2,000sqm office was to flood the deep floor plate with natural light. Translucent polycarbonate sheets were used to form new internal walls, allowing light to penetrate throughout the space and eliminating the dark, oppressive cubicles typical of conventional office fit-outs.
