Nestled in a small west coast town an hour from Cape Town, the New Beginnings Chapel is a modern reinterpretation of a place of worship. The design traces a lineage from the traditional church spire to a new sculptural form that clusters multiple soaring peaks into a single bold composition. Inspired by the rugged mountain ranges of the Cape Peninsula, the faceted roofline gives the chapel a powerful presence, immediately recognisable as a community landmark.

Inside, tall vertical fins filter natural light across the white interior, drawing the gaze upward toward the heavens. A warm golden canopy frames the altar, while the generous hall doubles as a multifunctional space for weddings, youth workshops, and community events.
