Located at the vibrant intersection of Kloof Street and Long Street in Cape Town, this narrow 27m x 9m site was too constrained for conventional construction. The solution was both pragmatic and inventive — twelve shipping containers were fully fitted out off-site and craned into position in a single operation.

The result is a two-storey building of boutique studios and shops, crowned by a rooftop coffee shop — a bold, colourful addition to one of Cape Town's most celebrated street corners.
