Located in the semi-industrial neighbourhood of Woodstock, Cape Town, the art gallery’s design is inspired by the nearby historic factory buildings.

The floating roof and skylight system is designed to filter and diffuse the intense northern light, flooding the gallery space with natural illumination. The passage of the light will change throughout the day and across seasons, enhancing the visual experience of the sculptures and artworks on display.

The galleries are orientated to frame the dramatic Devil's Peak in the distance and are directly connected to the sculpture garden at the back of the building.
