The HSE Music School is conceived as two fluid, organically shaped volumes — a long curving teaching block and a bold cylindrical music hall — connected by a landscaped inner courtyard. The building's form is directly inspired by the shape of a guitar, its sinuous plan evoking the dynamic energy of music itself. A generous rooftop garden crowns the teaching block, softening the building's presence and creating an elevated green retreat for students and staff.

At street level, a continuous colonnade wraps the ground floor, drawing the public in beneath a shaded arcade of warm timber and colour. The vivid façade — rich in texture and hue — gives the Music School an unmistakable identity, announcing itself as a place where creativity and culture converge at the heart of the campus.
